Next3Trains respects your privacy. This app does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

Next3Trains does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Details that leave your phone are not linked to your identity. These include the stations for each route you have defined, which are sent to the National Rail API to fetch train data, as well as data needed to enable push notifications functionality. This data includes a push notification identifier that allows me to send you a notification, the app version and build number you are running, the routes you have configured for push notifications, and your commuting days and morning and evening commuting hours. This is only stored if you have push notifications enabled, and this is deleted if you disable them.

LOCATION COLLECTION

Where you have granted Next3Trains access to your location, this is used and stored locally on your device only.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app does not use third-party analytics, or advertising networks. Information is sent to back-end infrastructure using the Google Firebase SDK to enable me to send you push notifications (if you have these enabled).

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Next3Trains does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If I make changes to this privacy policy, I will update the “Effective Date” above.
